This exposition presents alternatives to critical reflection and to work, about human dignity, to students of 7th and 8th grade of Francisco Javier Matiz High School, located in San Cristobal, related to low self steem problem. The lack of self knowledge and personal valoration is actually a frequent phenomenon that affects human being, specially to the youth. That is why it is necessary that young people reflect about their dignity, because through this reflection we can fight low self steem problems that stop the possibility of a good lifestyle. Our population of study, experiments this situation, that represents a risk to develope their Life Project. This pedagogical and theological proposal, dedicates a good space for the investigation about human dignity, through and the sociological method: Investigation, Action, Participation and Paulo Freire´s pedagogical proposal, all these devoleped through different activities such workshops, talks, videos.
