the problem of poverty, not just the responsibility of the mayors, the governors or state of every country in the world who have low incomes in their economy, conversely, is a situation involving such developed countries as those found in the developing way and is for that organizations such as the United Nations (UN) and the World Bank have made strategies to help the most vulnerable to corruption to reduce poverty rates. In Colombia the government is developing programs that allow people to obtain a source of income and improve their quality of life in cities, urban and rural populations of the country.Medellin city has been making programs going directly from the Mayor of with its project Medellin Como Vamos with the target not only is to reduce poverty and inequality in all the city but also searching that all citizens achieve a better quality of life and that daily or monthly income gives them basic food, better housing, improving their level of education and health.
