A partir de la revision normativa nacional, supranacional y de la doctrina, se desarrolloel proyecto referido a la “Clausula de prohibicion general de competencia desleal enColombia”, al interior del grupo de Investigacion “Hermeneutica juridica” de la UniversidadAutonoma de Bucaramanga, profundizando en los posibles problemas e interrogantes quepodria presentar la tematica en su interpretacion. Por ello, del evidente desconocimientoen el area, se dio como resultado de la investigacion la generacion de este documento,que se concreta en proporcionar informacion especializada en la materia, para un publicouniversal, integrado por estudiantes de derecho, abogados, empresarios y cualquier otrainteresada, natural o juridica, que tengan participacion directa o indirecta en el mercado,con miras a dar claridad, publicidad y apoyo en sus decisiones. Clause General Ban Unfair Competition The project about “Clause general prohibition of unfair competition in colombia” was carriedout within “Hermeneutica Juridica” a research group of the “Universidad Autonoma deBucaramanga”. It was developed after a review of national legislation, supranational lawand doctrine, and it referred to the possible problems and questions that this topic and itsinterpretation could raise among the people involved. As a result of the research, the lack ofknowledge in this area, justifies the importance of writing this document regarding the legalaspects in the general prohibition in disloyal competence. It is addressed to the public ingeneral, law students, lawyers, companies, entrepreneurs, and other people interested inthis field, who have direct or indirect contact with the participation in the market. It providesspecialized, clear information, and it supports their decision-making.
