The income of technological education raises questions that usually have no easy or quick solution. The University of the Llanos in agreement with the governor of Meta province - Colombia, carried out a project which generates a pedagogical model embedded in an innovative context for the technological tools that were developed to illustrate teaching graphics, dynamic and interactively each subject in the courses of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology, grades 6 through 11 school. As part of this project were developed interactive simulation modules for physics course for all grades of elementary school, and subsequent integration into the main platform where they will be loaded each of the courses. For building interactive applications took a methodological plan structured in phases of planning and development that effectively docked compliance while the main project. Besides the use of design and programming tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Master Collection CS5 involving programming languages like XML and Action Script 3, for creating the interactive and user friendly.
