Diseño de prototipo de sistema solar fotovoltaico optimizando el ángulo de inclinación de los paneles solares Design of an solarphotovoltaic system prototype optimizing the slope angle of the solar panels
A novel Solar PhotoVoltaic System (SPVS) was designed optimizing the slope angles of solar panels and following the criteria established by the Unidad de Planeacion Minero Energetica (UPME) for rural energy application in Colombia. For the design of the novel system, was carried out a study by stages. First, was realized the selection of a non-interconnected zone to the National Interconnection System (NIS). Subsequently, once the system application place is selected, was realized the detailed engineering of SPVS considering the topology, sizing of the equipments, optimizing of slope angle, irradiation patrons and sunshine solar. Finally, proceeded with the implementation and checking process of SPVS prototype behavior through of in-site testing. In the experimentation process, an energy excessive consumption can be observed during of the first three days, beyond to 8%, 36% and 42% of the consumption which the prototype was designed, thus emphasizing the necessity of increasing awareness of the users about rational use of energy, which is important due to this kind of systems have limited energy
