Evaluación de la producción del hongo Pleurotus ostreatus cultivado sobre los residuos derivados de la producción comercial del culmo de la guadua angustifolia Kunth
We evaluated the yield of edible fungus Pleurotus ostreatus using three types of particle size of bamboo as a substrate (Garzon and Henao, 2008), called wafers, chips and sawdust, which were sterilized and placed in polyethylene bags with the seed. Al substrate type chips and sawdust were considered the parameters of colonization, fruiting, harvesting, earliness, average performance, efficiency and biological half losses in the process of evaluating the production rate for the substrate layers are not present due to previous parameters This substrate did not provide mycelium growth. The results for the substrate type sawdust showed good colonization and fruiting periods, an average yield of 9.2%, a biological efficiency of 9.2%, 26 days early and were not lost in the process, the substrate type chips showed a colonization and fruiting Late, an average return of 13.31%, a biological efficiency of 15.6%, and a precocious 84 days lost in the process of 25%.
