-2 s -1 . La significancia estadistica (p<0,0001) de los parametros evaluados permite que los valores asociados puedan ser utilizados para alimentar el modelo de crecimiento y captura de carbono CREFT V 2.0 ABSTRACT The relationships between photosynthesis or CO 2 assimilation (A) and the variables transpiration (E), stomatal conductance (gs), photosynthetically active radiation (PAR ), leaf temperature (TL) and air vapor pressure deficit (VPD) were evaluated in Cordia alliodora, Alnus acuminata and Pachira quinata under field conditions. Photosynthesis showed an asymptotic behavior with the increase of gs in C. alliodora and it was linear with platoo in A. acuminata. P. Quinata was also linear. The tridimensional models A vs. T L versus PAR showed a maximum absorption (Ma) for C. alliodora 20.41 µmol (CO 2 ) m -2 s -1 at 26.5°C and 1.350 µmol (photons) m -2 s -1 . In A. acuminata the Ma (24.13 µmol (CO2) m -2 s -1 ) was reached at 25.54°C and 1,954.6 µmol (photons) m-2s-1. In P. quinata the Ma (13.0 µmol (CO 2 ) m-2s-1) was reached at 1.192 µmol (photons) m-2s-1, but it was not possible to determine a saturation temperature value for the data range of TL. In assessing the assimilation of VPD vs. PAR , C. alliodora showed an Ma (26.89 µmol (CO 2 ) m-2s-1) with a saturated humidity atmosphere (VPD = 0.0 mb) at 1.320 µmol (photons) m -2 s -1 , in A. acuminata the Ma (22.24 µmol (CO 2 ) m -2 s -1 ) was reached with VPD and 8.21 mb of 1.418 µmol (photons) m -1 ) was reached at 1.276 µmol (photons) m-2s-1 without the influence of VPD on the Ma reached for the range of data analyzed in this species. Statistical significance (p < 0.0001) of the evaluated parameters allows using the associated values to feed the growth and carbon sequestration model CREFT V 2.0
