In this article is intended to respond to a continuing concern about the university management and the importance of comprehensive assessment of university processes based on the auditing process as it became the best management tool. The organizational systems, and as such, require universities to ensure their permanence, then it becomes necessary, to provide these philosophies of contemporary management to enable them to identify options for improvement through the constant observation of their performance. The process approach, dynamic systems, flexible structures, quality, measurement of management, continuous improvement, change management, innovation, knowledge, the comprehensive development of individuals and organizations, speed decision-making, information, globalization and competitiveness; variables as postmodernism, must be evidenced in social organizations, this requires a permanent observation of their reality, in order to identify critical areas that require intervention with improvement actions to ensure effective sustainable development institutions. The evaluation system to the integrated management of university processes based on the audit as a process, becomes a theoretical contribution, since its foundation and practical, since its implementation, which is taxed at the new science of economics of education.
