Comportamiento de indicadores de calidad bioquimicos y físico-químicos en diferentes tipos de manejo de cultivos, en el municipio de San Pablo, sur de Bolívar
This study was conducted in the town of San Pablo, south of Bolivar and focused on a community that has made armed conflict, displacement, poverty, malnutrition and food insecurity (Table Intersectoral Food Magdalena Medio 2012, Molano 2009). In soils of San Pablo has generated intensive exploitation of the soil and increased the applications of fertilizers and chemical synthetic pesticides, leading to generate a loss of soil quality and low yields in food production (Bedoya et al 2013, Cycon et al 2010) This study aims to evaluate the behavior of physicochemical and biochemical parameters as indicators of soil quality in different types of management in the municipality of San Pablo. For this a design was completely randomized in 9 farms located in four districts (Medellin Island, Pozo Azul, Cerro Azul Vallecito) to compare the effects of different soil management in physicochemical and biochemical parameters evaluated (pH, capacity cation exchange organic carbon, potassium, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, sodium, aluminum, iron, copper and zinc, a physical parameter: soil texture and biochemical parameters: enzyme activities dehydrogenase, ?-glucosidase, acid phosphatase and urease). It was performed an analysis of homogeneity of variances and normality, analysis of variance (ANOVA) and a principal component analysis to define which physicochemical and biochemical parameters behaved as the best indicator of quality. In the organic handling was the best indicator phosphorus and acid phosphatase, the chemical-organic handling was aluminum and chemical handling magnesium. These variables were sensitive to handling and were related with other physicochemical and biochemical parameters.
