The Discrepant Experiments (ExD) they are assemblies that generate a phenomenology contrary to the common sense that can be used favorably for an active learning of the physics. The purpose of this work is to illustrate some reflections on the scenarios that can implement these assemblies, also its strengths and weaknesses. I have noticed that the ExD allows a fertile scenario where the student can play to observe, to develop of her creativity and to make better of her physical intuition. It trains him in activities characteristic of the investigation in sciences like to conjecture, to argue, to abstract, to model and to socialize knowledge in verbal and written form. I detail some situations and prototypes used as strategy of learning of the physics, at level of Licentiate and of Engineering
