Introduction: In Colombia, during the last decade, the importance of the creation of a new mass of entrepreneurs has been emphasized. This mass must be capable to absorb the workforce supply excess -qualified and not qualified- generated by the popu lation growth experienced by the nation, and by social phenomena such as forced displacement.
