The Article presents – following arguments of wel l- known intellectual authorities- historic formation of Authoritarian Personality of important groups of Colombian elites, molded by strong racist prejudices and under aegis of colonial Hispanic ideology, religious scholasticism and ethnic prejudices, largely spread in Europe. The resistance and struggles undertaken by non-white majorities have made, in recent times, reduce degree of racist pressure that had globally decreased with fall of Nazism and, in Colombia, with end of period domestically called “The Violence”. However, persistence of a latent racism in collective unconscious of ample sectors of population - elites and masses, as well - allows persistent violent waves in country to continue perceiving areas, primarily inhabited by dark skin populations, main targets for their abuses. The policies of social inclusion, awareness of the other, improvement of civil, cultural and social rights inherent to a democracy, still have a long road to be run.
