This research was aimed to analyze from theoretical approach logistics reorganization,emphasizing management and the elements that comprise the system. To achieve thispurpose, the theoretical foundations were supported by Carrasco (2000), Ballou (2004),Monterroso (2000), Anaya (2007), Los Santos (2004), Jimenez (2004), among others. Theresearch is qualitative approach, conceptual review and analytical method - documentaryin order to identify relevant aspects of logistics management that will lead to areorganization of these areas in the companies. He completed exploration was considerednarrow spaces, properly define transport systems and coordinate logistics with otherprocesses where correspondence submitted also can have effects on the economic andfinancial aspects of the company and involves generate the ability to integrate with otherareas of the company to meet the daily demand.
