We present a case of a woman with ocular toxoplasmosis and an unusual form of recurrence (third episode). Signs were vitritis without active choriorretinitis. Azitromicine treatment resulted in a rapid improvement of the symptoms. We emphasize to suspect reactivation when signs of uveitis are present, in this case vitritis, whether or not coriorretinal inflammation is observed
