Abstract:

From the 2005 one comes developing to the project from investigation Visibility and Scientific Development . Who is the one who in investigation in the UNAD ? , the objective is to verify the hypothesis that relates of positive way the visibility and the scientific development. This investigation, of exploratory and descriptive type, allows characterizing to the actors of the investigation in the University. From a survey one settled down that the actors consider that the UNAD, is a propitious scene for the investigation because allows the formation of competitions in investigation. The data show that the formative investigation is made through investigation seed plots and the modality of work of investigative degree or projects of extension to the community. Nevertheless, little support on the part of the tutors exists, perhaps because a time specified for the investigative activity was not had. One hopes that the transformation of the UNAD of University Institution, to University and the generation of the recent statute of investigation, where an academic unloading according to the requirements of each project is contemplated, allow the improvement of this situation. Against this background, a successful case of formation of students in investigation, for those who the participation in the Group Vital Management impelled them to initiate its studies of masters and to advance in the scientific article publication, presentation of communications in national and international congresses and the publication of a book appears .
