The efficient distribution of products plays an imp ortant role in decision making process in an organi zation; the deficiency of planning and administrate routes, can lead to higher costs without meeting customer requ irements. This problem is a type of Capacitated, Multiple De pots VRP with Time Windows which has the following characteristics: capabilities of vehicles, warehous es limited, time windows, customer demands, multiple warehouses and absolute prohibition to develop spli t deliveries. In order to find efficient routes, th is project proposes evaluation from strategic to operational d ecisions. Firstly the modeling language for mathem atical programming and optimization GAMS was used as solution method to acquire relevant information about wh ich warehouses were necessary to open to serve customers. Besides, two heuristics were designed and assump tions were established for the development of route plann ing, which were compared across various indicators.
