RESUMEN La investigacion busca el mejoramiento continuo delp1Vceso de desanollo de sistemas Hipermediaeducativa a traves de la interpretacion, adaptacion y aplicacion del estandariSO SPICE ('Software Process Improvement and Capability Determination )[6 ] El modelo que se describe considera todas las fases[12 ] del proceso de desarrollo de software ysu ciclo de vida esta orientado por el enfoque de prototipado, e incremental, enriquecido contecnicas rigurosas de construccion de software soportadas en UML(Unified Model Language)[12 ] y sus extensiones. El modelo se apoya en la teoria pedagogicas constructivistas de la flexibilidadcognitiva de Spiro[21 ] y Feltovich[8 ] y las ventajas del hipertexto e hipermedia en educacion PALABRAS CLAVES: Calidad, ISO- SPICE, SistemasHipermedia Educativa, lngenieriadeJ Software, Modelos deciclo de vida. ABSTRACT This research is aiming for the continuous improvement ofdevelopment process on EducationalHipermedia Systems by interpreting, adapting and the application of the ISO SPICE standard(Software Process Improvementand Capability Determination 'j[6]The model described considers all software development process phases [12J and its lije cycle isusing the prototyping and incremental approaches, besides it is using rigorous techniques forsoftware construction supported by UML(Ullified Model Language}[IIJ and its extensiolls. Thismodel is supported by the constructivists pedagogical theories of cognitive flexibility fromSpiro[21] and Feltovich[8]. and the advantages ofhypermedia and hypertext in education.
