The aim of this paper was to analyze delinquency attributions, levels of punitive attitudes, and group norms of officers from three detention centres in Bogota, and co-workers relationships perceptions. Results showed an external attribution of delinquency –economic context and education- and favorable attitudes towards generation of job based delinquency treatment. The respect and cooperation among partners were the most frequently mentioned aspects as part of an appropriate social interaction among colleagues.
