This article try to show the necesity to redefine the State concept. For this, reconstruct the theories of Thomas Hobbes and Max Weber with the pourpose of extending the clasics definitions about the State, by means of descriptions of the positivs mechanicals of the politc power. The functions carried of the modern burocracy will represented the articulation that as will let to unfold the Michel Foucault analysis as hermeneutic instrument
