An experiment was carried out to try the manure production by earthworm activity in field, greenhouse and laboratory conditions. E. fetida and Glossoscolex sp. were fed by a basic ofbovine manure, coffe pulp and biodegradable farm wastes, all ofthem combinated with each other or alone. the result show that the best effecta about animal biomass production and certain soil conditions, like cation exchange capacity, base saturation, organic matter, total nitrogen and phosphorus and soil micronutrients are obtained when coffee pulp was used. Glossoscoles sp. activity resulted to be slowly less than that of E. fetida, the production ofwhich could be massively obtained under semicontrolled enviroment conditions. The use of earthworm manure makes savings about 50% as compared to traditional fertilization.
