EDUCADORAS Y EDUCADORES POPULARES CONVIVIENDO CON EL CONOCIMIENTO-LOS CONOCIMIENTOS, EL MONÓLOGO- EL DIÁLOGO DE SABERES. UNA EXPERIENCIA EN TENSIÓN Y CREACIÓN
This work is intended to inquire into the notions and practices about different faces of knowledge and the monologue-dialogue between the conceptions of the popular educators from the Centro Comunitario Yira Castro. This work focuses on the western knowledge, characterized as universal, utter and total, in front of other faces of knowledge, defined as diverse, flexible and contextualized. Faces of knowledge that emerge from the daily practices of the peoples and communities. In this paper, we evidence the way the monologue has been the practice by means of which other voices and cultures were denied. The knowledge dialogues appear as an alternative that makes this faces of knowledge visible: faces of knowledge that lie underneath the community and social practices.
