COMPORTAMIENTO ELECTROQUÍMICO EN RINGERS DE RECUBRIMIENTOS DE HAP OBTENIDOS POR ELECTRODEPOSICIÓN SOBRE ACERO INOXIDABLE 316 LVM ANODIZADO. Electrochemical Behavior in Ringer's of HA coatings by Electrodeposition in 316 LVM SS Previosly Anodized.
Synthesized crystals get by sol gel methods and wet chemical precipitation, then treated termically at 900 aC, and its Ca/P molar ratio was in the range 1.4 y 1.7. The crystals were selected with a Ca/P molar ratio close to hydroxyapatite for further electrodeposition on 316 LVM substrates, previously anodized. The coatings by electrodeposition in supersaturated suspension of HA crystals previously synthesised, were characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and cyclic polarization. The effect of anodic oxidation, previous to electrodeposition increased the corrosion resistance and pitting corrosion.
