Childhood abuse has been a field research problem during the last decades, from the deepening, monitoring and analysis of 3 clinical cases of underage patients we can appreciate and understand from a psychoanalytic perspective the impact of different forms of abuse in the mental development of childs victim of domestic violence. The theoretical approach of this research, such as psychoanalysis, allowed us to distinguish and understand individual, family, institutional and social performances that promote or slow down psychological development of patients and the psychotherapeutic processes development .As From comprehensions performed of institutional dynamics of patients in refuge situation, specifications are issued as a recommendation in order to promote growth and improvements at institutional level that allow persons who enter, find appropriate spaces for the recovery of their discomfort and personal development.
