Since 2005, in Colombia developing a legal and political process paradigm called Justice and Peace. The government of Alvaro Uribe Velez pretends with this process to disarm and to demobilize the structures of illegal armed groups. Also reintegrate them into civilian life, and find ways of justice, truth and reparation for the victims of these groups. This paper show critically, after four years of this process, about the management and the processing of truth, justice and reparation. It is focusing on the uses and abuses political, social and legal experience within the current development of internal conflict.
