Abstract In this paper, a researching over principal wireless technologies to the information transmission summary is presented, analyzing the principal features to define the best option to an interconnection between medical units to provide telemedicine services. A quantitative and qualitative comparison is made over wireless technologies principal features and a more detailed description over the technology defined as the best option.
