This work presents the results of a Computable General Equilibrium Model (EGC) for the production of sugar and bioethanol from sugar Cane, in Colombia; Different scenarios are made, its solved in the optimization software GAMS with the CPLEX solver with the object of maximize the profits and know the production planning, its shows the quantitative impact of a strategic change in the production politics and its relations with jeopardize sectors.
