this proyect was carried out a process of psychoanalytic psychotherapy with two men and a woman under 18 years institutionalized . The fundamental objective of the research was to explore the psychological state and describe the ways transforms and accommodates the psyche of teenagers that after living for a time with their family were removed or expelled from it, and are now protected by BIENESTAR FAMILIAR in the process of adoptability. Through the investigation it was found that: Each of the adolescents at abandonment has internal images that allow them to live abandonment and institutionalization differently. The construction or existence of good objects allows them to regain their mental functioning and tolerate their difficulties. Conversely the hopeless abandonment and institutionalization reinforce primitive tropism, dementalisation and dimensionality. In the families of origin, families substitutes and in the institution, there are people who play the role of good object, but also there are some that contributing to the distruction of their minds, the appropriate therapeutic performance allows rebuild good objects and generate changes in the mental states of abandoned adolescents.
