Simulation and numerical study by mixed Ising spin modelsin various molecular magnets, in equilibrium and nonequi-librium [1–4], has become an important theoretical tool foranalysis and comprehension [5–8]. Currently these modelsare proposed as an excellent laboratory for understanding ofcertain thermomagnetic properties of some magnetic molec-ular materials two and three dimensional [9,10], among thehighlighting ferrimagnetic ordering [11–14], presence of gi-ant magnetic moments of some doped materials [15], highcritical temperatures, photoinduced magnetization [11, 16],magnetic ordering at room temperature, spontaneous mag-netic moments, magnetoelastic transitions [4, 8], tricriticalphenomena [17, 18], character changes of the phase transi-tion from a second order to first order [19], reentrant anddouble reentrant phenomena [20–22], and the appearance ofcompensation temperatures in a certain range of concentra-tion of the components [23]: temperatures below the criticaltemperature where the magnetizations of the sublattices haveequal magnitude and opposite sign so that the total magne-tization is zero. Experimentally, were obtained some com-pensation temperature measurements in Fe
