The evolution of the mobile telephony has allowed t he developed of standards with the purpose of facilitating the acquisition an d knowledge of services to the users of mobiles. . The coming of new technologies like SOA (Service Orient to Architecture) open an extensive field of possibilit ies for the development of diverse applications whose purpose is to facilitate the access to interactive and informative content. This study has as purpose to contribute knowledge that allow the identification of the current state of the implementation of emergent technologies as the Web Services in Cellular Teleph ony, having like base the platform J2ME (Java 2 Micro Edition) for the develo ping of a prototype.
