Justification: Family caregivers experience situations ignored by the current social security system and for the family, as they do not have a timely and efficient service to strengthen the ability of home care and recognition of the work, it can be said that the situation of carers health concerns in our environment and to be addressed as a priority, both for them and for people who benefit from care. Objective: Situations that require the individual's response as in the problems of daily contact with a patient with dementia, caregivers need to implement their personal resources, which can be both cognitive and behavioral, to resolve the situation. Study the network of the primary caregiver of Alzheimer's disease, to generate alternative courses of action aimed at its reconstruction, strengthening and expansion. Methodology: This work has been used for data collection, the qualitative technique of the interview, semi and Semi-structured questionnaire. We used the interview to obtain social data, and a questionnaire to obtain qualitative data. In the study, participated 7 carers from both the rural and urban areas, describes the different options that currently have families, and the change brought about at the caregiver, the implementation of the Law Unit. Results and conclusions: Alzheimer's dementia is a health and social problem of great magnitude that goes beyond the person who suffers because a significant impact on the family. It was evident that there are empirically validated procedures to reduce the discomfort of caregivers and provide better care coping. However, there are still many investigations that can be done to improve the care offered to caregivers through the design of interventions. Furthermore, the development of knowledge in this area depends on the design, implementation and evaluation of interventions for caregivers of older adults with Alzheimer's. A good management of patients with dementia and their caregivers will allow us to carry out preventive work at three levels: primary in preventing the onset of symptoms in the caregiver, the child appeared early detection of the tertiary and once detected can intervene to prevent progression of symptoms, thereby allowing a more appropriate care and delay institutionalization.
