EnglishThe study of the heat transference is of vital importance in the industrial processes, involves parameters that are of difficult measurement since they depend on the dynamics of the system, his geometry and of the physical properties of the materials that constitute it. Being based on the theories of Nusselt is the mathematical model of a tube heat exchanger to obtain the value average of the coefficient of heat transference and the condensed volume of; these parameters are determined based on the temperatures of the steam and the tube.
