Contrary to the often shared opinion it has been proved, through innovative and systematic studies, that the changes that cannot be postponed in the complex formal teaching/learning process do not depend exclusively on the teaching methods and techniques� quantity/quality ratio used. Under multiple favorable conditions, the ratio�s contribution to the success of the desired learning is unbeatable, but it is not a universally valid panacea, it is a factor of complementary order. A much more determining concept is that of man who supports himself to plan, organize, administrate and evaluate the schooling process which teleologically aims towards favoring the actors personality�s integral, equilibrated and harmonical development in a lucky educational experience.
