The purpose of this document is to demonstrate how we will be performing an investment analysis to determine the feasibility of implementing an operating and commercial model for Gas Natural Fenosa (GNF) of the city of Bogota. This feasibility analysis aims at generating a greater reliability in the service delivered to GNF customers. In order to make an appropriate decision and ensure that the resources devoted to the project will be well spent, it is necessary to determine the project’s viability based on potential benefits versus implementation costs. This evaluation will be based on the results at the moment of implementation of operational and commercial models. This with the purpose to verify the project’s feasibility, also to ensure that the resources will be well invested and that later on the project will not result with negative impacts.
