The present article shows findings of an investigation which objective was to know the conception of the human management in the companies of the municipality of Arauca from the perspective of the managers of human talent, by means of the application of a methodology of mixed investigation, considering that this investigation gathers, analyzes and links quantitative and qualitative data, for which were used as instruments, a structured type survey and the participation of focal groups. In the same way, it was developed by means of a descriptive study which purpose was to know and define aspects related with conception and the importance of the human management in public and private enterprises of the municipality of Arauca. Some of the findings reflect that managers regard the human management as backup elements that allows strengthening to their companies, becoming evident the favorable perception in connection with this administrative tool.
