Resumen El objetivo central de este articulo es presentar los resultados de la investigacion: Globalizacion del derecho y reforma de la justicia: transferencia normativa y transformacion del Estado en Co-lombia, 1992-2005. Se presenta la relacion que existe entre los procesos de globalizacion en el campo del Derecho, la produccion legislativa y la transformacion del Estado en Colombia durante el periodo de estudio, como proceso de adapta-cion a los flujos globales.
