El texto explica de manera general como el ser humano desde siempre se ha aprovisionado de los elementos que encuentra en el entorno para poder dar respuesta a sus necesidades, sin detenerse a pensar en ningun momento en el como esta afectando ese entorno del que solo consume sin medir las consecuencias, que desde hace unas decadas se pueden observar en el deterioro del medio ambiente, y se empieza a comprender que los recursos que parecian infinitos se tornan finitos en un futuro no muy lejano. El texto se estructura a traves de puntos que convergen en el desarrollo y construccion de todas las ciudades, como lo son los fenomenos migratorios y el problema de la vivienda en los grupos sociales menos favorecidos. De esta manera se concluye que la ciudad que se construye debe ser una ciudad que responda positivamente al entorno que la rodea. Abstract The text explains in a general way how the human being always has been provided with the elements that it finds in the environment to be able to give answer to its necessities, without stopping to think any moment in how it is affecting that environment of which only consumes without measuring the consequences that can be observed in the deterioration of the environment for some decades, and one begins to understand that the resources that seemed infinite arrive to an end in a not very distant future. The text is structured through points that converge in the development and construction of all the cities, as they are it the migratory phenomena and the problem of the housing in the less favored social groups. This way one concludes that the city that must be built is a city that responds positively to the environment that surrounds it.
