This document analyses international and national company environmental profiles by identifying the relationship between an organisation’s technical, political, financial and social rationality and its environmental attitude. International company profiles were analysed by using the capitalist system’s social reproduction mechanisms, whilst national company environmental profiles were characterised via the concept of diversified investment. These profiles revealed techno-regional and bio-regional orders, expressing economic, social, cultural and political domain conditions, as well as an aggressive attitude towards the environment, mediated by scientific and technological development in the techno-region case.
