Resumen El contexto de la educacion medica ha estado influido en las ultimas decadas por significados academicos derivados de contenidos humanisticos expresados en saberes emergentes de disciplinas como la bioetica, que trascienden la medicina como practica social, inserta en los ambientes de aprendizaje y los del desempeno profesional. Ambos afectan el sentir de una sociedad que se aprecia medicalizada y participa a diario en demanda de gestos de autonomia y justicia no ajenos al acontecer medico. En cierto modo, el proposito de este articulo pretende significar unos vinculos que traducen la interpretacion de los momentos de formacion academica con los derivados del orden social en el quehacer profesional, tratando asi de relacionar y comprender las dinamicas actuales que influyen en el desempeno del profesional medico. Palabras clave: Educacion medica, bioetica, desempeno profesional Abstract The context of medical education has been influenced in the last decades by academic meanings derived from humanistic contents uttered in emergent knowledge of disciplines like bioethics, which widen medicine like a social practice, inserted in both environments of learning and professional performance. Together affect the feeling of a society that is seen medically committed and daily work on basic gestures of autonomy and justice non alien to medical events. In certain way, the intention of this article tries to give meaning to some bonds that translate the moments of academic formation which the derivates of the social order in the professional task, trying to relate and to understand the current dynamic which influence the performance of the medical professional.
