This article is an attempt for establish a deep connexion between mass communication technologies and information technologies with educational processes, further from an instrumental use. Based on analysis framework that since the three dimensions of language: representativity, interactivity and polysemy, proposes the concept of techno-symbolic grammars as ways of structuring of meanings and knowledge about the world that enable contextualized use of TICs.
