The document presented in Buga tries to show how today has been given a project called educational citadels. Tracking the notion of educational citadel placed in tenseness involves two seemingly excluders concepts from documentary research. The first consists in measuring the citadel as a fortified space for internal and external defense, which is intended to exercise control subjects. The second establishes a new way of approaching the citadel, not as an academic place, but as an inhabitancy, a space for relationships to living better. The document is divided into four chapters. The first called De morality, where an approximation School in Colombia and the emergence of a school in Guadalajara de Buga is made. The second chapter examines how emerging concept citadel.
