El presente articulo hace parte de un trabajo monografico titulado Construccion del Estado-Nacion en Colombia a partir de la constitucion de 1991. Se aclara al lector, que esta fragmentado en tres apartes a saber: Aportes para la elaboracion del concepto de Estado – Nacion, Constitucionalismo: Imaginarios Diacronicos y Constantes Estructurales de la Constitucion de 1991. En este articulo se han tomado como referente los dos primeros capitulos y se ha titulado Nacionalismo, Constitucionalismo y Estado-Nacion emergente en Colombia hasta 1991. ABSTRACT This article is part of a monographic document titled Building the State-Nation in Colombia from the 1991 Constitution on. It is important to clarify that this document is divided into three parts: Contributions for the elaboration of the State Nation concept, Constitutionalism: Diachronic imaginaries, and Structural Constants in the 1991 Constitution. The two first chapters have been taken as a referent in this article, and it has been titled Nationalism, constitutionalism and the emergent State-Nation in Colombia up to 1991.
