The instrument designed was divided into three sections: Quality, emotion and with a single question on satisfaction, was piloted with a Cronbach’s alpha value of 0.821 for quality and 0.929 for emotions, confirming the internal consistency of the instrument and allowing its application to the population selected by simple random sampling. To the results of the instrument in quality and emotion the analysis of principal components was applied and a factorial analysis to obtain a reduced number of variables. Subsequently a sadistic model of categorical regression was proposed to determine the influence of emotions and the quality of student satisfaction. We used SPSS version 17.
