Análisis y evaluación del impacto ambiental de los procesos de urbanización campestre en el sector de la cuenca media-baja del rio Teusacá, municipios de La Calera, Guasca y Sopó
This study was conducted in the area located in the lower basin of the river Teusaca in the municipalities of La Calera, Sopo a Guasca and jurisdictions. This area for its location has become an area of suburban sprawl to the capital. The development of rural urbanization in the zone has resulted in a series of changes in the landscape that have generated a series of specific s patial patterns and have also brought an increase in the demand for infrastructure and services. The change of the surface land to urban use is one of the irreversible impacts generated by humans on the biosphere. (Seto , Fragkias , Guneralp , y Reilly, 20 11). The result of this change are landscapes dominated by man and becomes a driving force in bringing about changes in existing coverage , alteration of hydrological cycles and existing biochemistry. (Seto , Sanchez -Rodriguez , y Fragkias , 2010) . In this paper an analysis of the shape is transformed as Teusaca river basin because of the rural urbanization and the environmental impact caused by the change in land use. Assess whether plans and zoning schemes of the respective municipalities with jurisdic tion in the area served their role as planning tools. Identify the impacts generated by the processes of urbanization on water resources, existing infrastructure and whether these were evaluated before or not identified. A propos al is made of management in the territ ory that seeks to highlight the importance of proper planning based on the precautionary principle, which is a useful tool for orderly urban development and low impact on the environment.
