Municipal and district attorneys are present all over the country. However, their features have not been studied quite enough. For this reason, it is relevant to determine the rights and wrongs in these control bodies. Thus, this article makes an exploration that shows the good issues and analyzes the national legislation and jurisprudence to develop a documental study.
