One-hundred women were studied in order to compare the usefulness of 2 different methods of diagnosing pregnancy (73 were pregnant and 27 were not pregnant). Each woman had a reaction to qualitative immunology (in urine) showing an agglutination inhibition type. Also, 2 biological reactions and qualitative were had with male batrachia (in urine and serum respectively) . The results are compared with the ulterior evolution of women .. It was noted that the reaction to immunology is easier and more specific (as the cualitatives prove) than a biological reaction (Galli Mainini) in serum or in urine, Notation is made that the immunological reaction is more simple and is not subject to the problems of maintainance and biological variations of animals.
