RESUMEN La globalizacion de las economias ha evidenciado problemas de competitividad en las PYME’S. El modelo presentado en este articulo permite determinar el nivel de productividad y competitividad de un sector empresarial o de una PYME y contribuye al tratamiento de dicho problema. El modelo se fundamenta en las mas relevantes variables globales y los parametros internacionales de productividad y competitividad y responde al perfil de una empresa de categoria mundial, capaz de competir internacionalmente con sus similares. Para ello se integraron factores y variables tecnologicas, administrativas, productivas, humanas y del entorno empresarial. El modelo se inicia considerando 86 variables y 11 factores, y concluye determinando las 16 variables mas relevantes de los problemas de productividad y competitividad. El Modelo Matematico permite en forma grafica y comparativa determinar el nivel de competitividad de la empresa o del sector objeto de estudio. SUMMARY The globalization of the economies has generated problems of productivity and competitiveness on the PYMES. The model presented in this article allows us to determine the level of competitiveness of a PYME contributing to the treatment of this problem. The model is based on the most excellent global variables and the international parameters of productivity and competitiveness, responding to the profile of a worldwide company, able to compete internationally with its similar. For this reason, different factors and variables were integrated. Variables like technological, administrative, productive, human and enterprise surroundings. The model stars by considering 86 variables and 11 factors, and concludes determining the 16 most important variables of the problems of productivity and competitiveness. The mathematical model shows in graphical and comparative form, the level of competitiveness of the company or the study sector.
