Considering that in the trade promotion agreement between Andean Countries and the United States of America, were negotiated some important changes in the regulation of the contract of commercial agency, this research has as main objective, show what were the key points that were negotiated by the United States and Colombia for this contract, and expose the changes that the Colombian Congress should make in the Commercial Code in this subject.
