Resumen El desarrollo social exige de procesos continuos de creacion, difusion, transferencia, adaptacion y aplicacion de conocimientos, en correspondencia, el diseno del curriculo es uno de los aspectos mas importantes en el postgrado. Un estudio valorativo de los programas evaluados por el sistema de Evaluacion y Acreditacion del postgrado, especificamente de maestrias durante el periodo de 2000-2004 arrojo algunas insuficiencias en el curriculo que reclaman su perfeccionamiento. El objetivo del presente articulo es brindar algunas reflexiones y compartir algunas ideas para la innovacion curricular, aprovechando el caracter flexible y novedoso del Reglamento de postgrado en nuestro pais. SUMMARY The social development demands of continuous processes of creation, diffusion, transference, adaptation and application of knowledge, in correspondence, the curriculum design is one of the most important aspects in post degree. A qualitative study of the programs evaluated by the system of Evaluation and Accreditation of the post degree, specifically of masters during the period of 2000-2004 threw some insufficiencies in curriculum that demand their improvement. The objective of the present article is to offer some reflections and to share some ideas for the curricular innovation, taking advantage of the flexible and novel character the Regulation of post degree in our country.
