The case of a woman of 60 years of age with a cerebral hemorrhage and a tracing by an electrocardiograph characterized by inverted abd deep T waves, is presented, with a prolonging of the QT and in which in the autopsy it was impossible to obtain any evidence of a lesion in the myocardium. The most recent reports on this same subject are being checked and it emphasizes the need of having in mind such abnormality in the course of cerebrovascular accidents, in order to avoid mistaken behaviors.
