Therefore, while the traditional interpretation (shared by authors such as John Locke, Carl Schmitt and Norberto Bobbio) show us a strongly defender of security and order inside the State and of the State itself, based on the absence of real limits to the sovereign once the State have been constituted; the modern interpretation of the Englishmen philosopher -supported by Leo Strauss and Francisco Cortes Rodas among others- reacts against the classical vision of Hobbes, recovering inside his politic system the meaning of naturallaw and the meaning ofthe laws of nature as efficient limit to the sovereign power. Frorn the interpretation ofthe authors quoted before, it will take position locating Hobbes politic ideas inside the line ofthose authors who wrote thinking always in keep safety and peace in the State, purpose which rights and liberties conceded by the sovereign, get subordinated. In consequence, it concludes that sovereignty ofthe State-Leviathan is absolute and unlimited.
